Brief Answer:
Foe how long has this been going on?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this tightness that you have reported. I will like to have an idea of the duration of this sensation. If it is a recent observation, it generally resolves spontaneously and in most cases has no distinct disease condition which explains it. However, if it has XXXXXXX going on for long with difficulty opening orifices like the mouth freely, then we can thing of some collagen related disorders and probe further. My thinking is that this is a recent observation with minimal implication on health that should resolve spontaneously without need for any medical intervention. Let’s know whether is long standing for further insights.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.
