Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Left side of the body numbness and muscles knots along the spine are most likely related to compression of the spinal cord ( partially ) at the neck.
Night vision problems in the other hand are not related to cervical spine conditions.
In my opinion the problem that is causing your night vision problems is in the vision apparatus and/or pathways.
Conditions that may cause night vision problems include cataract, vitamin A and zinc deficiency, diabetes, nearsightedness.
A thorough eyes examination is necessary to understand better your condition, I think you should get a second opinion by an Ophthalmologist.
Since 7 years passed, I don't think your numbness and muscles spasms will pass by their selves anymore.
Physical therapy should help improving your symptoms.
Antineuralgic drugs such gabapentin, amytriptiline and muscles relaxers (Baclofen e.g.) may be necessary to be used also.
Discuss with your Doctor about these issues.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.
