Brief Answer:
Incomplete abortion /Molar pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

There are 2 possibilities :

1) She might have incomplete abortion after D&C. Hence she needs to get an ultrasound scan to see any retained products of conception.

2) Molar pregnancy is a form of cancer which needs to be evaluated by doing serial serum beta hCG blood test to assess impact on her. She might require chemotherapy to treat this.

You need to see a good oncologist for this.

Let me know if you need anymore help.
