hello doc.. i am 32 yrs, 5 weeks pregnant..2 years back i had miscarriage,reason not known...have done all tests possible,all normal,except that protein S is borderline..have been diagnosed of hypothyroidism since 3 years on thyronorm 62.5....the doc i consultanted to confirm my pregnancy put me on duphaston to support pregnancy...my family doc asked me to have ecosporin 75mg...is it safe to have both or shall i take only ecosporin?

The medicines Duphaston (for progesterone supplementation) and Ecosprin 75 mg (to prevent bleeding, clotting) is in order to protect the pregnancy and avoid abortion and safety of pregnancy. Thyroid supplement is needful for baby growth. Please continue with the medicines as advised.
