I have read your query and understood your concerns.
Above mentioned symptoms can be because of so many reasons. Out of so many important causes are Heart disease and anxiety attack.
Your BP and pulse were within normal limits. These findings are very good for your age.
I want to ask you few questions. Give answers accordingly.
1. For how long you have been experiencing this kind of attacks? Was this the first one? At what frequency does this happen?
2. Do you have any stress currently in your life severe enough to make you cry?
3. Did anything happen that may have stressed you a lot just before the attack?
4. Are you feeling sad now a days? hopeless, helpless?
5. Do you have feeling that something wrong is going to happen to me?
Panic attacks are kind of anxiety attacks which occur due to false alarm in the brain about something that frightens us. Person has the similar feeling of fight and flight reaction without any heart abnormality. Person may feel that he is about to going crazy, out of his mind. He may feel that he would die, and has feeling of impeding doom. All of the symptoms go away within 5 to 10 minutes.
I here suggest you to monitor blood pressure for 7 days.
I am waiting for your answers to my questions.
Hope I have answered your query. waiting for the reply.
Wish you good health.

It is definitely a anxiety attack
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing again.
So with your answers I can say that, This anxiety attack is related to stress.
If the stress, you are going through, can be handled properly, then it won't happen again. I just want to tell you that if this continues to happen again and again then you must visit a psychiatrist and ask for help.
Meanwhile you can do relaxation exercises like yoga, meditation. Whenever you have attacks you can start deep breathing taking 6 to 7 seconds in one breath or you can count backwards from 100. You shall find this helpful.
If severe enough to scare you then go for drugs like antidepressants which can control the panic attacks completely within 2 months. Visit a doctor [psychiatrist] and take opinion on this before taking any drug.
Hope I have answered your query. If you do not have further query then close the discussion and rat the answer.
Wish you good health.
Regards,
Dr Ravi Soni
