What Causes Fatigue And Fainting Despite Having Normal BP And Cholesterol Levels?

I am in very good health, with no chronic diseases.....a physical and blood test by my internist a week or so before, showed that I was in excellent shape. My blood pressure and cholesterol have been under control through medication. I'm assuming I was dehydrated. I had some intestinal trouble the day before...but had drunken some water, but obviously not enough. Other than fatigue, I had no special symptoms.
most probably dehydration, get blood pressure checked
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXx, welcome to HCM and thanks for choosing us.
I understand your concerns about the fainting attack you had. With the details you have provided, it seems that you were dehydrated. You had intestinal problem a day before is indication of dehydration. Morever during travel, specially when driving one tends to drink less water. Finally long driving, itself cause fatigue which can lead to fainting.
Your blood reports are normal, dehydration is most likely reason in your case. You need to take plenty of water and other fluids. Meet your GP to get your blood pressure checked to avoid any other serious probability (although less likely).
I hope my reply will help you. Please write to us for follow up queries. I wish you good health and safe driving. Take good care of yourself in future. Regards
