Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I am sorry about this situation - I feel for you! I am wondering if you have contacted an Occupational/Environmental medicine physician. I'm providing a link for you with a form to fill out that might help you find a physician of this type. The ones listed here on this site are available to be contacted to answer questions to gain information and advice, even if there is no Occ-Med doctor listed here that is near you.

However, for someone near where you live, you might contact your closest university hospital to see if they have an occupational/environmental medicine department near you that you could work with.
The report that you uploaded to me does not document that there is mold. Do you have documentation in some other report? You will need that to get anywhere I think.

I have not tried Occupational/Environmental medicine physician, I have gone to Sinus and Allergy doctor, who did a blood test, but the doctor told me that he sees the signs, but without the major test of property, it would be tough to test for the most dangerous one, the one I have the most problems with.

As you are trying to do this yourself, please do contact an occ-med doctor that will be listed after you fill out the link I sent you. They will likely be willing to advise you on the phone without charging if it isn't a very long conversation. They can give you information.
An allergist is not the same as an occupational/environmental medicine doctor although they do see mold allergies and sensitivities.
I am not sure what you mean by "but without the major test of property, it would be tough to test for the most dangerous one" (?)

Sincerely, XXXXXXX Hello again Dr. Berger-Durnbaugh, I knew I seen that site before, they focus on the workplace, my issue was in my basement apartment, should I call anyway?

The link doesn't show up as blue. You can't just click on it unfortunately - you have to copy and paste it into your address bar.
Here it is again:

Yes, you can ask these doctors about issues in the home. Mold affects both workplaces and homes (as you know) so they are knowledgeable on both. If one isn't helpful, try another.
