What Causes Fatigue And Nausea Along With Dizziness?
Question: She is feeling very weak, nauseated (vomited twice)
my daughter (21 yrs old) was having cough and cold for last 7 days. it started with rough throat, moved to cough and congestion and cold from past 2 days.
she had a apple-banana-milk shake at 10am
today morning (11am) she woke up.with nausea and dizzy feeling
she had lemon-honey- soda at 12pm
she vomited at 12:30
since then she has had no food and is feeling very dizzy and nauseated and sweating. it's 5pm now
we took BP check and it came to 115-75.
she is feeling very weak which is very unlikely of her.
what should be done?

Brief Answer:
Give her plenty of ORS to drink.

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that your daughter has gastritis and that is making her throw up. Give her Prilosec (omeprazole) once daily before breakfast. Give her some antiemetic like meclizine as and when needed. Give her ORS (oral rehydration solution) to replenish the lost fluids and salt. The BP is more or less ok and so you need not worry. Give her something to eat in small amounts but at small intervals.
Let me know if I could help further.
