
What Causes Fatigue And Weight Gain Inspite Of Taking Synthroid?

Question: can you still have hoshimotos disease when you had your thyroid removed? i had mine removed and have nothing but prelims. my latest blood work shows my thyroid peroxidase antibodies at 144 T3 total at 83. thyroglobin antibodies at 37.T4 free at 1.0 tsh,3rd generation w/ reflex to ft4 at 16.87. I'm have fatigue, fog in m head gain weight. when i don't take my synthroid(150mcg) i feel good an hour after taken synthroid the effects kick in. is my med too high too low.
