What Causes Fatigue, Burning Sensation In Eyes And Sore Throat?

Question: I am feeling very achy, tired, my eyes feel like they are burning and I have a sore throat why?
Brief Answer:
probably a respiratory tract infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
your symptoms sound like a respiratory tract infection. If you don't have any fever then you can just wait without any treatment, because the most common viral illnesses which cause these symptoms are self limited and resolve over a few days. If you have fever then a visit to your doctor would be appropriate in order to exclude more important causes.
Kind Regards!
