Brief Answer:
Get evaluated and change propranolol with clonazepam

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Propranolol may cause fatigue, depression, swelling, constipation.
What are the doses being taken?
For lower limb tremlousness it is required to be examined in detail regarding possibility of spinal cord involvement or Parkinson's disease.
Other causes of swelling should also be looked like cardiac illness, renal dysfunction and anemia or hypoproteinemia.

Brief Answer:
Get evaluated and gradually decrease ciplar

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Swelling may be due to cardiac problem or secondary to drugs.
Sudden withdrawal of ciplar is not advisable. Consult your treating cardiologist for reevaluation of clinical status and cardiac functions at present.
Clonazepam can be taken for tremors instead of propranolol but diagnosis for tremors in only lower limbs is required and should be evaluated.
Continue rest medications.

Hello,
If the only new medication was Ciplar then possibly it lead to all discussed side effects.
