Question: I have been experiencing extreme fatique, fevrers of and on through out the day worsening at night, sleeping 15-20 hours a day, all labs are wnl

Well looking into the problem I will like to tell you that you should get ANA testing done to see if these complaints are indicative of lupus anyhow . Plus viral myositis also needs to be looked at , get a CPK , LDH done . Because fatigue is a very non specific symptoms which can even be harbinger of many diseases.
