Brief Answer:
We need to find the cause first.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Greeting from Dr. Divakara.P
First of all thanks for choosing Healthcaremagic for posting your query.

See first we need to know what is the cause of your weight loss, fatigue and loss of appetite. There are many conditions which can cause these .

Common among then are :

1. Chronic Infections like Tuberculosis.
2. Liver or Pancreas Problem.
3. Faulty absorption of Food from Intestines.
4. Cancer

So before advising evaluation for these tests , I need to know whether you have got any tests done for these problems and if yes kindly upload the reports. Otherwise kindly get the following tests done and revert back with reports.

Complete Hemogram , Liver Function test, Serum Creatinine , Serum Lipase , Stool for alpha 1 antitrypsin, Stool for Occult blood , Chest X ray and Ultrasound Abdomen Pelvis.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .

Regards.
