Brief Answer:
Hello, I would be happy to help...

Detailed Answer:
So, you are 23 years of age, sexually active throughout the previous cycle and the current one as well, and now experiencing fatigue, lower abdominal swelling and pain, and low back pain

The first and most important thing you can do is to check a pregnancy test. If the test is positive, then you need to seek care immediately as this can all be a sign of an abnormal pregnancy.

If the test is negative, then getting easily fatigued with exertion can by a sign of anemia (low blood counts), or thyroid disease. These are both common in women, and anemia would be particularly worse right after your period.

You need to seek medical help. Make sure that they check a blood count and your TSH (thyroid test).

I hope that this helps - let me know!
