Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking.
I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows.
1. You are reporting to have nausea, vomiting, feels full after eating etc.
These symptoms may be related with
= gastritis/stomach ulcer
=pancreatic issues
=long term side effect after bowel resection
2.With regards to joint swollen I can say that it may be related with rheumatic issues
Meantime you need to be evaluated with
= upper endoscopy and colonoscopy
= blood work plus albumin and protein blood level
= abdominal ultrasound to check pancreas and gallbladder
Hope it was helpful to you.

Hi Dr klerida,
Thank you for your reply.
Your information is very useful ,do you think i should go ASAP and get this sorted out? and do you think this is any symptoms of bone cancer as well, because i have had a lot of x-rays,ct scans and a pet scan also. that is a lot of rays in my body ,which i am very concerned about.
My fatigue is getting worse every day and getting to the stage of doing less and less every day.

Kind regards XXXXXXX XXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Your symptoms are not typical for bone cancer.
Yes it is true that a lot of X rays ar e not good for the body but it doesn't mean that you should be concerned about bone cancer.
To my opinion you should complete with the exams I mentioned above and after that we can discuss again about the diagnosis.
