What Causes Fatigue, Poor Motor Skills And Numb Lips?

Question: My brother has the following symtoms he has fatigue , numb lip, loss of motor skills and spells where he can not think clearly and refers to it as brain fog. He has had mri lower back , emg,eeg, bloodwork and no one can find a cause. HE HAS GIVEN UP. He has these spells and sometimes they last minutes and sometimes hours. Mayo clinic would not accept him because they said he is not "critical enough". He is a person who in the past rarely goes to doctor for anything. he is miserable and has given up on doctors. do you have any suggestions?

To further Evaluate Numbness of Lip and Spells where he cannot think Clearly, we need an MRI Brain

The Symptoms you have mentioned do not usually require MRI Lower Back

So, I need you to kindly clarify the following
1) Whether he had any Low Back Pain or Pain in Legs
2) Whether a Brain MRI has been done. If so, Please take a Photo of the Report and send to us
3) Anything other info regarding this

He has had mri of brain sorry didn't list earlier, the mri on lower back was done to check for ms and he also had sleep test (sleep apnea)
