What Causes Fatigue, Pressure In Ears And Across Eyes With Hearing Loss?
I have major problem with fatigue and pressure in ears and across eyes with loss of hearing the more the plugging of the ears taking place. It is a daily occurrence and I am now sleeping 10-14 hours a day and have to quit what ever I'm doing and nap 2-4 times a day. No focus or concentration just tired beyond ability to fight it to stay awake and interact with others. Have minor ringing, mostly dulled with the filling of the ears with what ever making my hearing go number.
Suggest ENT examination and labs
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to address your query.
I have thoroughly gone through your history and deeply understand your concern.
Lexapro can be one of the reasons for excessive sleepiness.
Ear symptoms and fatigue can be due to anemia.I would like to evaluate by doing a physical examination, ENT examination, labs(Complete blood count, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, thyroid profile).
Would be glad to know some more information-
Do you have ear discharge?
Do you have throat or running nose frequently?
Any history of previous ear infection?
Are you a diabetic?
Any other medical history?
Would suggest you to upload any recent reports/investigations that you may have done along with the one mentioned above.
Get well soon.Feel free to post for further clarifications.
