Question: sever fatigue,short of breath, leg swelling,diarrhea right after meal,can not breath when lay down on my back .com

I went through your query. I need more information on your problems.

1. Since how long you have been experiencing these problems?
2. Do you have any chest pain?
3. How many episodes of diarrhoea you have per day?
4. Any diabetes or Hypertension or heart problem?

As of now I feel you might be having some problem in your heart, though I need more information and certain test to be sure.

I advise you to get the following tests done and revert back with reports.

Complete Hemogram, Serum Creatinine, Blood Urea, LFT, 2D ECHO.

Based on these reports we will come to know what is the problem and what needs to be done for that.
