What Causes Fatigue When Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia?
Question: I have recently started to get red bruises (pumps and as well as scratches and bruises) are very close to the service and red. I am so tired I can't function (I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia), I have very low blood pressure (80/60, They tell me to drink more water), my muscles are so tight they are sore all the time (I also have degenerated discs), my memory is disappearing, I am HOT all time. I do get a butterfly rash at times on my face (after some blood tests I was told I might have lupus but upon another blood test they rules that out). I have swelling of hands, legs and feet, my hands go numb several times a day (I was told that was the degenerative thing), and my blood sugar goes low and I get spacey and cant think or function and right now I hate everybody.
I forgot to ad that at least 3 times a week, I feel like cold water is running down my leg and it never is

Well I have gone through your history. your symptoms don't point towards lupus, but I would definitely like to rule out horomonal disturbance before labelling you as Fibromyalgia.
Low blood pressure, low sugar, fatigue and bruises, one would want to rule out Addison's disease, that is low cortisol levels. As a lot of them do match
Did you have fever recently or any history of travel to developing countries..
You can go through the disease and let me know if your symptoms match.. Will revert back with further queries
