Dear Ms,
As you have been thoroughly investigated and all the reports are normal there is no cause for concern.
You seem to be suffering from Psychosomatic disorder. In this Stress, anxiety manifests as bodily symptoms like headache, fatigue and sometimes palpitation.
In my clinical Practise i thoroughly investigate every patient presenting with such symptoms, and if everything else is excluded then it can be labelled due to fatigue and anxiety.
I assume your Thyroid profile is also within normal limits.
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
