diabetes not a major factor, check allergies

Hi and thanks for the query,
It might be of interest to know if you do experience such symptoms since what age. If it is quite recent, and if you have changed environment, a proper environmental inquiry would be required to look for a factor that incites this reaction. It is a bit difficult to link exercise and alcohol producing similar symptoms. Other factors like what you ate, where you were before experiencing these symptoms, if you were taking a particular drug within this period would be very important.
Other symptoms like swelling of specific body parts and any itches would be worth noting. IN case present, this would for sure imply an allergic reaction to something. It is not rare however that you could present allergies to these two substances or "environments".
It might be of interest ti get a complete blood count done. This would give an indirect indication of any allergies in case the levels of Esinophiles are raised. Measuring specifically, Immunoglobulin E levels, if raised, would be very indicative of an allergic reaction.
Doing an allergic screen to detect any allergic to specific substances would be required. I suggest a complete review for your primary care physician. He shall for sure guide for the opinion of an allergist if required.
The fact that your father is diabetic really would not have anything to do with the clinical signs and symptoms you present with. It is proper however to screen for diabetes since it runs in families. However, whether it is related to this condition, would be difficult to determine.
Thanks and kind regards,

would low iron or vitamin b12 cause this?
They could , but not very likely here in my opinio
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the follow up question,
In some cases, they could be indicative, not only of circulation problems, but of neurologic, metabolic, and problems with Calcium, Magnesium and at times Potassium.
Your description of what you experience however put s these other possibilities, of course possible on a second plan. Other things as earlier proposed need to be considered before you go on to think about these.
Circulation problems with a simple physical exam shall be very easy to diagnose.
Low iron generally presents with fatigue, pallor, fragile nails. It might be difficult for this to be associated to low iron.
Vitamin B12 is very important for iron reabsorption. Deficiency in this Vitamin will produce symptoms similar to those one experiences when he/she lacks iron. These conditions could be checked however.
It is a bit difficult that these conditions you just proposed be at the origin of the symptoms you are experiencing. They however deserve routine checking and treatment.
Kind regards

Usual blood pressure values needed, flcutuation no
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,
It might in my opinion be difficult to really link this to stress. Considering the fact that you are stressed up, getting slightly raised blood pressure values could be understood. A proper interpretation however can only be obtained if it is established that you used to have normal blood pressure levels before. It is therefore of interest to get a proper observation and evaluation of your very recent blood pressure readings.
A complete physical exam could be needed to check the proper functioning of the heart to diagnose any condition that could explain dizziness. A history of heart disease, and electrocardiogram, Chest X ray and cardiac ultrasound could inform us on the proper functioning of the heart or not. Taking blood pressure on sitting and standing positions , and tilted positions are specific readings that could give more information on specific heart conditions.
These however might be very unrelated to the initial symptoms of spots and tinglings.
