What Causes Fatty Liver?

Question: Sir,
My ultrasound shows bright echogenecity with subtle coarsening. Please suggest me medicne & precautions i should take.

Liver is. normal in size and shows bright echogenecity with subtle coarsening. IHBRs are not dilated. No SOL is seen.

The most common cause of fatty liver is due to alcohol.
Do you have the habit of consumption of alcohol?

Fatty liver changes in liver are reversible, in the absence of other space occupying lesion (SOL) there is no cause for concern.
