Liver is. normal in size and shows bright echogenecity with subtle coarsening. IHBRs are not dilated. No SOL is seen.

Do you have the habit of consumption of alcohol?
Fatty liver changes in liver are reversible, in the absence of other space occupying lesion (SOL) there is no cause for concern.
