What Causes Feeling Foggy And Sluggish?

This feeling is not permanent.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your symptoms. These are not permanent feelings and would go away with proper treatment.
Night shift duty may be contributing to these symptoms, so, if possible, try changing to day shift.
In addiiton, please check vitamin B12 level and thyroid profile, as any deficiency of vitamin B12 or thyroid hormone can lead to similar symptoms.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,
