What Causes Feeling Of Fullness In Stomach?

You need to get back on your medications!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this feeling. If for real you were on a water pill and have been unable to get it all these days, it is the most likely reason why you are having the sensation of a full stomach. My thinking is that the fluid build up at the ankles could also be going on and without your water pills, the build up would lead to a feeling of fullness. If I may ask, what is the cause of this fluid build up for which you were put on water pills?
In all, the lack of medications is most likely responsible for these symptoms. I suggest you get back to taking the medications as soon as possible. Reducing your fluid intake and salt intake would help curb down excess fluid build up for the time being.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

I had a feeling that my medications have something to do with it. I tend to hold fluid if I sit for a long time and when it's really hot and humid outside. Not sure what that has to do with it but, summer is when I seem to hold fluid the most. I don't salt my foods but, I know that there is enough sodium in food already that we have to read the packages. I usually have 1 or 2 cups of coffee each morning and two glasses of iced tea afternoon and evening.
Thank you for your time.
Thank you, too!

Hi and thank you for this follow up information.
It is somewhat strange that you tend to accumulate fluids when it is hot and humid. These conditions rather favor increased fluid lost and I should have expected to hear of excessive fluid loss rather.
Please, talk to your doctor about the exact cause of your fluid retention and reasons why you are on water pills. We cannot just prescribe this drug without knowing what the problem is. If we do not attack the real cause of this, then we would need to keep you all through on water pills and this is not the way to go.
I do not think coffee and tea do contribute to this fluid retention.
Keep me updated when you talk to your doctor on the cause and reasons why you are on water pills. For now, do all in your powers to get back on your pills while we figure the exact cause to relieve your worries and propose long lasting solutions.
I wish you well.

I appreciate you listening and responding.

Hi and thanks for this detailed information you have provided.
1. It is good to take pills and get over excess fluid retention. So long as the cause is not correctly identified and managed accordingly, this would remain a temporary measure and would require that you always take pills all your life. Talk to your doctor and get answers about this.
2. Cramping in fingers and toes could be suggestive of low calcium. A measurement of serum electrolyte levels would shed more light on this. Can I have an idea of what your weight and height are? Thanks.
3. Vinegar is the wrong way to go when you suspect having symptoms of gastritis. Gastritis drug prevent acid from being produced and not provide acid. Vinegar in reality worsens the symptoms and am pretty sure your conviction makes you to technically feel relieved. I strongly discourage further similar actions.
3. I am so sorry to hear about this weight gain and all the cancer plagues you have been dealing with. No one wishes to really deal with such. Unfortunately, when it comes, we can only accept and try to cope with. Courage and do not let this fear of cancer to defeat you.
4. Why are you so worried about heart attacks? Comprehensive heart evaluation has not suggested so and I do think you should stop being stressed even about things you have been investigated and declared as not having.
I hope these help. I wish you well. Feel free to keep the discussion going if need be.

I won't use the vinegar again with your recommendation. Thank you. Maybe that's what has messed my stomach up so much in the last week.
This is so much for a single person to handle!

Hi and thanks for this follow up information.
To be honest, you have been doing a great job. Having to deal with all of this is not just stress but seems so so unfair. I am happy how well you have been coping this.
How do I ask you not to eat when stressed? at least you know that is not the solution and it only helps makes things worse. Backache, diabetes, hypertension, heart diseases, etc. are even more concerning complications that can be associated to overweight. Please, I am sure you would not want to have another person to look after ad that is you. Do justice to yourself, take good care of yourself and stop eating too much to stay away from all these possible complications associated with excess weight.
I hope this helps. I wish you well,
