Brief Answer:
A neurological evaluation is suggested

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. Most often such problems are due to gastroesophageal reflux but could also involve strictures or myoneural disorders. I would insist you to take her for a neurological evaluation.
