Brief Answer:
Symptoms S/O reflux disease, check thyroid status

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Feeling of lump in throat and nausea can be due to reflux disease.
Reflux can lead to nausea and can also cause discomfort in the chest region and in the throat.
Thus, I suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist for clinical assessment and upper gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopy.
Upper GI endoscopy will allow the view of gastrointestinal junction and surrounding mucosa.
Further the tingling sensation in arms and hands could be due to hypothyroidism, thus, thyroid function tests need to be done to know the status of thyroid functions.
In case the thyroid functions are within normal range, some other cause of tingling sensation have to be found out.
Nerve irritation, nerve damage can be other possible causes of tingling sensation.

Thus, consult your physician for clinical assessment.

Thanks
