What Causes Fever, Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea Along With Vomiting?

unlikely related to a serious illness
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
It is understandable to be concerned but this would be a less common cause of your symptoms.
The most common cause of fever, abdominal pain, aches and pain, diarrhea, vomiting and rash would be a viral infection. In this case , affecting the gastrointestinal tract.
Weakness would occur as a result of fluid loss from the diarrhea and vomiting, also reduced appetite- would cause weakness.
The fact that you were in contact with some one else with similar symptoms (even though not exact symptoms) makes it even less likely that is leukemia because that would affect a single person not more than one family member.
Treatment would involve: (1) fluid and electrolyte intake to help reduce the weakness
Oral rehydration packets or gatorade
(2)reducing solid food till there is at least a 4 hour period with no symptoms
(3)probiotics- either on their own or in yogurt
These help to shorten the course of these infections
(4)meds such as pepto bismol or lomotil would help reduce the diarrhea symptoms
Summary: (1) most commonly due to a viral infection
(2)serious conditions such as leukemia would not affect other family members
(3) fluids, resting the bowel from solid food, probiotics, meds would help
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

rash would not exist on its own
Detailed Answer:
HI
Unfortunately cannot see answers or pictures from previous questions.
leukemia can be associated with a rash, mainly bruises that occur because the platelet count is low and there are breaks or bleeding in the very small blood vessels in the skin.
The rash would not occur on its own but would be associated with other persistent symptoms such as intermittent fever and night sweats, weight loss, bleeding elsewhere , weakness.
These symptoms would be long term.
A dermatologist would be able to determine if the rash appears as if it is due to bleeding in the skin and would investigated and treated appropriately
The aches and pains should improve if related to the viral illness only, if they remain when the other symptoms have resolved for more that a week then you can see your doctor.
Again without the fever, night sweats etc , unlikely leukemia
The raised spot on the tongue may be due to infection, trauma to the area, superficial ulcer.
If related to trauma or ulceration, it should heal on its own

may need review
Detailed Answer:
HI
I do not believe, since there are no other symptoms related to leukemia, that your symptoms point in that direction at all.
Having seen adults and children with leukemia, they are very unwell.
If the rash is related to friction then it should resolve once there is no continued friction or irritation to area. If there are any repeated instances of friction then the rash would continue.
In some persons if an area of skin is inflamed, a secondary bacterial or fungal infection can be introduced that may need treatment.
It may be best to see your doctor for review since the rash has not resolved.
