Likely to be a viral infection.

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Since it is already 24 days, it is unlikely that you had got the germs from your place of origin. The lesions on your face seem to be nothing but pimples/acne. Probably they are unrelated to the fever. It is more likely that the fever is viral. It could also be due to a gastrointestinal infection. I would insist you to get your blood count checked. That will confirm if you have a bacterial infection. If not, you can safely assume it to be viral. In such a case it should spontaneously resolve in 5-7 days. You need to take paracetamol or acetaminophen in the meantime to bring down the temperature. Also use tepid sponging.
The psoriasis seems unrelated and hence I am not discussing the same.
Let me know if I could help further.
Regards

You probably did not contract the infection before departure.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. The presentation does not look like chicken pox. Viral fevers are most common and therefore more likely. But for surety one has to get the blood count done first.
As I mentioned, the infection is likely to have occurred after you entered the country, not before leaving your country of origin. Hence medical tests would have been clear anyway.

is it treatable at home or at hospital
?
Isolation at home is required
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
Chicken pox is a contagious disease and requires isolation. Since it is a viral infection, it subsides on its own in around 7-10 days. It is usually enough to be managed at home and requires hospitalization only in extreme cases.

Isolation is the main precaution to be taken.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back once again. Other than isolation and segregation of the items used by you from that of others, there is no specific precaution to be taken.
