Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for your information.
It may be viral or bacterial infection. I suggest you give DOLO 650 every 6 hours after food.
Sponge her body with clean clothe which is soaked in warm water especially under arms, legs, abdomen and fore head.
If fever does not decrease even with dolo and sponging and if she still has same temperature then take her to doctor and doctor would go for injections and antibiotics
If temperature is decreasing then wait until tomorrow. If not, then visit a doctor and to start antibiotics.
Give to her plenty of fluids to maintain hydration of body.
Give to her fresh fruits and semi solid food.
Does she have stomach pain or loose motions?
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
