Brief Answer:
needs examination and antibiotics if required

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Usually fever ear and throat pain is viral in nature.
It may take a few days to settle.
However you had mentioned that you are already giving your child medicines for 2 days
If pain and fever persists I would suggest you to consult your doctor again to look for evidence of bacterial infection.
If throat and ear drum show signs of inflammation like redness and fullness I usually prescribe antibiotics like amoxicillin.
Ensure she drinks plenty of liquids to keep hydrated.
Paracetamol can be continued every 4 hours till you consult with your pediatrician.
Wishing your child good health and speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
