What Causes Fever And Acne On Face?
Ciprofloxacin seems to be the most feasible choice
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I suppose that "blood culture" is not right! Staphylococcus aureus in the blood is a very serious condition with very blatant clinical effects. Blood culture means that that blood was drawn and cultured. So I suppose it's a culture from your skin lesions.
I don't know why other more common antibiotics for acne were not tested for the antibiogram (like clindamycin for example). The most feasible antibiotic from the tested ones seems to be ciprofloxacin. Ciprofloxacin is not considered the best option for acne but it's the most appropriate for this Staphylococcus.
Before starting any treatment, please consult your doctor, because only your doctor knows what's best for you. The choice may depend on previous treatments, your medical history (recent antibiotic exposure, allergies, other conditions like Achilles tendinitis etc) and your preferences.

you'll need to contact the local hospital at once
Detailed Answer:
You're welcome.
If this is a blood culture indeed then you'll need to contact the local hospital at once. Staphylococcus aureus bacteremia is a very serious situation that needs intravenous treatment to avoid serious complications like endocarditis, septic arthritis etc
In the hospital there are other (better) choices of effective antibiotics against Staphylococcus aureus.
Best wishes!
