Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
if you have fever and body pain since last 5 days in absence of any sore throat and headache off and on, then there is all likelihood that you may have a urinary tract infection or a viral episode.
UTI is more likely in women causing evening rise of temperature, with constant lower back pain, increased frequency of urine and burning sensation often with dehydration ( fear of drinking water as it shall cause increased urination). Dehydration can further cause headaches.
So please get a urine culture sensitivity test and routine /microscopy test done and you have to be started on antibiotics if confirmed. In the meantime you can increase your water intake and take TAB CROCIN 650MG STAT to control fever and body ache.
Please follow up with results.
