What Causes Fever, Headaches, Body Ache And Abdominal Pain?
Question: I am having fever, headaches, bodyaache, and little abdominal pain, .What medicine to take.?

1.Since when are you suffering from fever, Headache and body ache?
2.How high is the fever? Is it continuous or intermittent? Associated with chills & rigors?
3.Any pain in throat? Burning in urine? Cough and sputum?
4.Any medication you have taken?
5.The pain abdomen is in upper abdomen center or in lower abdomen? Did it started after the fever or after you took any medicine?
6.Any alcohol consumption?
7.Any history of loose stools?

pls find the following details:
1. since last night, I was suffering the symptoms like headaches, body ache and fiver like c.sensation
2 but temperature only 98 and intermittently with little chills.
3.no pain in throat, no burning in urine. cough is there.
4.last night I have taken d cold total and today morning I hv taken pyregesic 600.
5.the pain abdomen is in center but little. it started from last night.
6.no alcohol consumption.
7.no loose tool, rather very tight stool.
advice me what to do...

It seems to be Upper Respiratory tract infection.
In such conditions I advice following:
1. Antibiotic like Azithromycin 500mg once a day for 3 days.
2. Anti allergic like Levocetrizine 5mg once a day.
3. Tab Paracetamol for fever as on when required basis.
4. Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg onceva day for acidity that might be causing pain abdomen.
This is my personal advice for you. But you need to understand that we have limitation of examining you here. So discuss with your doctor before acting on the advise given.
