Question: Does this look like strep throat? I have a 104° fever, sore throat, chills, nausea, and a runny nose.

The photos you have sent do look like strep throat. Other symptoms associated with strep include swollen lymph nodes in the front of the neck, fever, very painful throat and no cough. It sounds very much like you have strep. You need to see a doctor and get antibiotics to treat this. Untreated strep infections can in rare cases cause complications with the heart and kidneys so please see a doctor for antibiotics soon.
