Question: sorry I dont know if my posts are going throu as they keep just disappearing.

Can mast cell disorder freckles or systemica mastocytosis freckles disappear overnight in any form of this disorder? I get weird freckles and have many mastocytosis symptoms but the freckles disappear whenever my sore throat does.

Sorry that took me so long, I finally got the 3 different photos I wanted to show here (sorry one photo was done twice). Im wanting to know what these coming and going things often appearing as freckles (they were dark in two of these photos but sometimes can be a light brown colour) could be.

They cant insect bites as they are in my month. One of the dark freckles I wondered if was caused by the tooth rubbing but then as you can see from the other spot, I also get them appearing on the roof of the mouth where teeth cant rub. Then another day it went like sores or blisters.

Other times it is imflamed red areas in mouth. Always thou after Ive crashed ME/CFS wise and have a sore throat, I know now to go and look and see things which wasnt in my mouth before at such times. As soon as Im recovered, the spots go (even at times by morning when I wake up).

Any ideas of freckles which appear when one gets ill but then vanish after?
I havent been able to go and see a doctor for those as Im homebound due to my sickness and severe disability around it and struggle to find anyone to take me. By the time Ive arranged a way to get there, the spots or freckle/s have gone. (I'd get one biopsied otherwise).

I usually do take B vitamins but misplaced my supplements a couple of months ago so havent been able to take them lately. I'll get some more. I cant remember if I was taking those when I had the other incidences of the mouth stuff or not.

Other then that strange appearing/vanishing freckle I had in my mouth the other day, I dont currently strange spots on my body which I know about thou if I did, I'd probably miss them as I do have a lot of freckles on my body.

I did see a dermatoligist a few years ago for just a skin check (not over my mouth) and he said they were normal freckles.

I do thou have a completely different kind of skin thing on my body which Id like to ask you about too (not anything Im wondering if masto related) if you dont mind or shall I close the current discussion and review dr.. and start another one for that?.

Its something Ive had for about 2 years (dark, dry, scalely patch on side of knee.. I also had one on ankle in the past). I'll send you a photo later on of it if you'd like to continue with it in this discussion.
