Question: What about fibrous nasal discharge (large amount, yellow-white)?
Some irritation presure before discharge. Discharge amount was larger than a marble and has continued for a day. Relief upon discharge, at least for a while. Before this incident, significant daily discharge amount and potential for irritation if not managed.

I have read your query and understand your concern.
As you are known case of ASA Syndrome (Samter’s Triad) , chronic rhinosinusitis with thick post nasal discharge & nasal polyps are commonly seen in this condition .
If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
Saline nasal rinse or spray thrice daily ,
Salt water gargle twice daily ,
Mucolytic syrup twice daily ,
Combination Steroid nasal spray with antihistamine 2 puff each nostril twice daily like Duonase nasal spray &
Tab antacid like Rantac in morning .
This medications will keep nasal discharge & polyps in control .
You will need prescription for nasal spray .
