What Causes Finger Cramps While Treating Fibromyalgia?

Hand Cramps
Detailed Answer:
Good evening
thank you for writing on health care magic
Well, it doesnt look like related to Fibromylagia. These are more of the muscle cramps which you are getting , causing locking of hands in these position. The other possibility is any nerve which is getting compressed somewhere.
The cramps can happen at your age due to low calcium and vitamin D. SO I would suggest you supplement yourself with them and see if it improves. Incase, it doesnt get better you can plan for Nerve conduction studies for the hands to rule out any nerve getting compressed in your sleeping posture.
Also, you are on a lot of medications and it is hard to predict which one could be causing this side effect. I wont recommend you taking such high dose of Diclofenac as it can affect your kidneys in the long run. And also it is not providing you any relief. Better to switch to ultracet/tyelnol along with other medications for fibromyalgia( Duloxetine/Amitryptilline)

Nerve compression
Detailed Answer:
good evening
sorry for the dates reply..had a long duty
Well. it may be a possibility that the nerve is getting compressed at a different point other than. the cervical region. normally the cramps are dur to vitamin D or vitamin e or calcium defeciency. since you are taking vitamin D, we can try switching to vitamin e and shelcal ad well.
secondly do go off diclofenac as high dose of pain kilers can cause these symptoms.
we can try these therapy and see if it works.
