What Causes Fits While Sleeping And Spasms When Awake In An Infant?
Brief Answer:
Is she eating and playing normally?
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this violent starts. If she is eating and playing normally as before, then we should monitor only for now as it is not uncommon with children as they are fast developing. However, if there is a change in her behavior and feeding, only at that time will I suggest a comprehensive evaluation by a pediatrician. Tylenol is good and provide on as needed basis, only!
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.

She slept longer between feeds last night which isn't normal. This only started this morning , and since then she hasn't been eating as much . And has been sort of playful but not quite as much , as she seems exhausted but hasn't really had much lack of sleep compared to what she normally does
Brief Answer:
Observe a little longer!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I will suggest we observe for a few more days to gather enough information. We may want to be aggressive at this time but this would be grossly misleading as there is no sufficient information to suggest so.
Keep me posted as this unfolds in the next 48hours. I wish you and your daughter well.
