What Causes Flaky Skin Rash On Ears And Scalp?

Question: i have a scaly flaky skin rash that itches burns and oozes sticky fluid if i scratch it it started two years ago on my belly and now is on my ears, scalp, neck and chest it seemed like it was going away with mometasone cream but always comes right back and keeps showing up in different places

It seems to me from the description, distribution and treatment history that you have an Eczematous affliction of the skin. I can think of a likely possibility of Seborrheic Dermatitis, judging from the distribution, but I would need a few photographs to be sure.

It would be better if you can upload a few representative photographs of the skin condition.
