Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Can you please give some more information about your symptoms? Is the pain in the front right side or back right side (its abdominal or back pain)? Since when do you have this pain? Does it appear after physical activity? Do you have any frequent urinating, burning while urinating? Any constipation, diarrhea?

Brief Answer:
Kidney infection can be the reason.
Detailed Answer:
Back side pain and frequent urinating can both indicate kidney infection. Crohns has rather nothing to do with it especially if its actually in remission.
I suggest you to start with urine analysis. Abdominal ultrasound should be done as well because stones can also give such pain.
