Brief Answer:
Increased creatinine

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Creatinine tend to fluctuate based on the hydration status of the individual and not on whether or not they have had food. If the patient has not had enough water or has had loose stools, vomiting, etc the patient can have increased creatinine.
Other causes like urinary tract infection, trauma or inflammation of the kidney called glomerulonephritis can cause increased creatinine

Here is what you should do

1. Repeat a creatinine tomorrow after drinking enough water. If it has come back to 0.6 then there is nothing to worry about. I also recommend you to give a urine routine while givining creat
2. If the creat is further worsening then you will need to approach a nephrologist immediately for investigation and treatment.

You will no need any diet modification at the moment. However please avoid red meat until the next test results

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
