Brief Answer:
Not likely heart-related

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Your pain does not suggest Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). However, it is better to have N Electrocardiogram to reassure yourself and the treating physician.
The rate is slightly higher than normal and is a result of infection. The rate varies continuously. And some other causes are Anaemia / Anxiety / Alcohol / Tobacco (smoking) / Caffeine (too much tea, coffee, cola) /Stress / Thyroid / and so on… rarely a problem from the heart itself!
If it continues after the infection is cleared, you may need investigations….Repeat examination, ECG, ECHO, Blood tests…. Generally it is benign, especially when associated with normal ECHO and does not require treatment. If you also have symptoms like blurred vision, dizziness, loss of consciousness, shortness of breath etc. along with this, you need further work up

Good luck
God bless you
