What Causes Fluid Draining Through One Side Of Nose?

It needs a proper checkup
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Thanks for writing.
I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.
Your problem does not seem to be any thing dangerous though but if this is only with one nostril then it is least likely to be allergic. You already did take allergy meds and they didnt work for you now I believe its time that you see an ENT specialist.
You just mentioned that you dont have any history of fall or trauma to head lately so this is less likely to be brain fluid(CSF) training to your nose but it can be a polyp on one side or a sinus filled with fluid drainin through one side of your nose.
I don't think antihistamins are going to work for you I beleieve it's better to consult an ENT specialist he might want to run some test ,they have those instruments to look into your nose, and can get Xrays of the sinuses to see if they are fluid filled then after a proper diagnosis, targetted treament can be done which is always of benefit.
If you can get ENT specialist in the ER then it will be great otherwise arrange a meeting with him thorugh proper channel and get yourself a detailed checkup don't panic it must be a minor thing.
Stay blessed. Have a great sunday.
Regards.

Hello thanks for writing.
It does not usually get caused by teeth issues, if there is fever it can well be an infection, though it is queer that the watering is only from one side of the nose.
Most dangerous type of nose dripping is the csf draining from brain but you didnt have any trauma so that is a remote possibility. This dripping is due to upper resporatory tract irritation it is kind of a flu which didnt get cured with traditional flu meds probably you would need some more potent ones.
It is not advised to work in a food factory with this problem ongoing. I would advise you to tak some rest and follow up with your doctor this wednesday for a detailed exam and possible change in medication.
I wish you the best of health.
Regards.
