You are having TMjoint dysfunction with thin Drum
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.
As per your clinical history it appears that you are having TM joint dysfunction with thin Ear drum due to repeated cold or Patulous Eustachian tube .
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you
Continue Motrin ,
use local hot fomentation ,
avoid strain during chewing , wide opening of mouth , hard food & side to side movement.
The dizziness and fluttering can be because of
thin Ear drum or
Patulous Eustachian tube or
TM joint dysfunction which need examination.
I will suggest you to please consult your ENT doctor because here clinical examination is very important to diagnose the real fact and accordingly treatment may be planed.
Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
