
What Causes Fluttering Sensation In The Ears And Heart Rate Of 70?

Question: My blood pressure is 178 over 98 heart rate is 70 hear fluttering in my ears and have not been feeling well the past few days I have diastolic dysfunction cardiologist at the bottom number should never be over 60 can you help with any advice
