What Causes Foggy Sensation In The Head During Certain Bodily Movements?

Question: Hi I had a three years ago and have never gotten over having a fuzy head, not dizzy as my head does not spin it is just foggy especailly if I get up and down or have a lot of head movement. Also my eyes do not focas so I have to read with my right eye closed and only read with my left eye and I do have a balance problem. I have had stem cells injected but have not improved I would like to improve on all three problems but have given up after 3 years can you think of anything.
