Thank you. The only medication I have taken is an over the counter sinus decongestant (Acetaminophen / Phenylephrine). I have had the symptoms for a week.

Continue with the medicine. Alongside this take tablet cefixime 200 twice daily and xylomet azoline nasal spray twice daily for a week.
