Question : My 13 yo son smells like onions...sometimes it is after he's eaten onions more often than not it's all the time even if he takes a shower every day and uses deodorant. He does have a milk allergy and drinks soy milk and like sto eat Sweet Lebanon bologna. We fight with him to bathe - he's at that age - but even still the smell.

Hello. I just read through your question.
This is generally not considered abnormal. You acknowledged his AGR. This is the age when the hormone levels start to elevate. At this time, perspiration increases and all sorts of smells can happen. Daily bathing with a deodorant soap, and using deodorant, will help. However, he has to be diligent about it. It won't last his lifetime, but it may persist for a few years. So he will need to be mindful of it.
