Hello,

As per your history, it may require further evaluation.

In his case, he may require blood investigations, complete hemogram, blood culture, and also stool culture after detailed medical examination and pediatrician consultation.

He may require higher antibiotics according to culture reports. Till then maintain proper hydration using oral rehydration solutions, coconut water, econorm sachets. Give him liquid and easily digestible food.

Hope I have answered your query, let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale, Family and General Physician
