Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries
I can understand your concern. The symptoms like frequent somatic symptoms, feeling cold, exhaustion, absent mindedness etc can occur in a number of conditions. You have underwent many blood tests and nothing abnormal found except low Vitamin B12 and D.
Your vitamin B12 came in significantly lowered levels and this could be the reason for your symptoms. Low vitamin B12 might result in exhaustion, tiredness, absent mindedness, frequent colds, palpitations etc. You have started taking Methylcobalamin since last one month only, but in my opinion the improvement of symptoms will take time. Let the levels normalise first and then see the improvement.
Other possibility for such symptoms is some anxiety disorder. A lot of males with anxiety might present with similar symptoms. Palpitations are commonly seen in anxiety apart from other symptoms.
Third possibility is hypothyroidism. Your symptoms like feeling cold, palpitations, reduced energy, absent mindedness etc suggest hypothyroidism. Your TSH came normal still I'd advise you to get your fT3, fT4 and TSH levels checked again.
If levels come normal then visit a psychiatrist for help. Treatment of anxiety should improve your symptoms of anxiety as well as depressive symptoms.
Thanks, hope this helps you. Take care.
